Maintenance Requests
You have several options for maintenance requests... you may call us at 206 588-9885 anytime of day or night, you can email us at help@smgre.com, or you can fill out the online maintenance request form. We answer all non-emergency requests within 24 hours of receipt.
Online Payments
Our new online payment system allows you to make payments with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, in additional to electronic check payments. Please click on ONLINE PAYMENTS to register and get started with the system. Please note that a separate registration is required for the tenant portal and the online payment system. There is a minimal fee to use this system, and you are always welcome to drop off your payments in our office, or to send your payments to our mailing address, without additional fees.
